A church in Conyers where you can come as you are
No dress code, no insider language, no pressure. Just neighbors gathering around the Bible, singing together, and learning to follow Jesus one honest step at a time.

We are an ordinary congregation with an extraordinary hope. Here is what shapes our life together.
The Bible, taught simply
We teach straight through books of Scripture, verse by verse, so you always know where we are and why it matters on Monday morning.
Worship without performance
Singing that leaves room for you to actually sing. Familiar hymns and simple choruses, led by people from this congregation.
Room for questions
Doubt is not disqualifying. Ask the hard thing over coffee after the service — we would rather have your honesty than your polish.
A family for your family
Kids are welcome in the room and cared for well. You will not be the only parent with a wiggly toddler.
A welcoming local congregation in Conyers
Calvary Chapel began the way most good things do — a handful of people who wanted to read the Bible together and take it seriously. We have stayed small enough to know your name and open enough that a first-time guest never feels like a visitor for long. If you grew up in church and drifted, or never set foot in one, there is a seat here with your name on it. Come as you are; nobody here arrived finished.

Nervous about walking in? That's normal.
Here is exactly what a first Sunday looks like, so nothing catches you off guard.
Wear whatever you own
Jeans, work clothes, a Sunday dress — all of it fits in. We care that you came, not what you came in.
Sit in the back if you want
You can slip in, listen, and slip out. No one will single you out or ask you to stand and introduce yourself.
You won't be asked for money
Giving is for those who call this church home. Guests are our guests — please don't feel any obligation.
Someone will help you find your way
Ask anyone near the door about parking, restrooms, or where the kids go. Helping you feel at ease is the whole job.
Let us know you're coming
Send a note and we'll share the current gathering schedule, directions, and anything else you'd like to know before Sunday.
